This was the first dish to arrive and was wiped out almost instantly. Who doesn't
like fried potatoes? These were crispy outside and soft on the inside, kind of like a hash brown! And covered in sichuan mala seasoning 😍 would defo order this again 💯
The most anticipated dish sure took it’s time getting to the table… 🙄 While all
of the food was so good, the service was undeniably slow 😓 With all the waiting, the astonishing aroma was almost hypnotising when it arrived at the table 😵💫
It legitimately felt like I tasted via smell first 🤤 I nose-tasted the #spicy #sweetandsalty #umami all in an instant 🤩 Biting into the seasoning’s generous dusting with the perfectly medium-thick crust’s crisp 💥 was just amazing on top of the concentrated flavour I already nose-tasted 💯 The #aromatic sensations this did for me 🤪 Mouth-tasting it felt like I died and came back to life so I could rave about it in this review 🥹

This is definitely one of my favorite dishes in Singapore lately! I know it’s not
good for you but hey nothing wrong with sharing a plate of these with friends. Best way to describe them is Sichuan tater tots. Perfectly crisp on the outside and tender inside and so damn flavorful!
Seriously when you can eat Chinese food this good it makes me wonder why people even bother with meat!
