Mom’s birthday and although she isn’t vegan I always take the opportunity to order a
cake I can eat too plus to show others vegan cakes can be just as good or even better! 🤗 love the combination of matcha and chocolate which was not overly sweet and cloying, with the perfectly crumbly base and berry topping, made for a well balanced and unique cake!
