I don’t know why I choose to draw this distinction but I felt like this
was more of a traditional sandwich than a toastie… Am I being pedantic? I feel like toasties should be more self-contained… Anyway, the love the cheese they used at Cascara and I couldn’t resist going for the kimchi option. It was punchy and tangy and delicious, and I appreciate that the kimchi was locally made, but overall it felt too steeply priced at £7.50
