There are little to no good vegan sandwiches in Sg so i'm glad this one

was good! Couldn't really taste the @onlyeg tbh ( @marapahara would disagree 👀)
I enjoyed the grilled veggies most but I would use less oil in general coz the sandwich was drippinnn. The sourdough was excellent 🥖
I commend the owners for trying to include more vegan options. Still quite expensive 💸💸

The grilled eggplant and bell peppers were delicious, goes perfectly with the sweet caramelized onions.

I wish theres more of the vegan nut cheese! The bread is too toasted for my liking, made the crust difficult to chew but still finished everything on the plate. The side salad with the glazed balsamic was also a delight. I had this with a side of avo. Will definitey come back for more.
