Vegan Carbonara

Capra e Cavoli vegetariano, vegano e pesce

The restaurant is simply amazing. The location and the atmosphere are adorable. They also bring you fresh baked bread and focaccia. 
The Carbonara is usually vegetarian but it's enough to ask it without Parmesan for it to be vegan. The taste is not 'strong', but I enjoyed it nonetheless :)

Wow! È da un po’ che vorrei provare ad andare in questo ristorante. Ora che ho  visto questa foto vedrò di andarci al più presto 😃

@annemarie felice di averti ispirata! Anche il resto è molto buono e come dicevo nel post, anche la location gioca la sua parte con lucine e dettagli ovunque. Il personale è molto professionale e gentile, idem la proprietaria.

Degna avversaria della carbonara  “originale”, questa versione veg merita molto!  (insieme al resto del menù😁).
