all'ultimo ingrediente e la scelta per noi vegani è ampissima e comprende formaggio Violife (top) e mayo veg. Di nuovo, grazie Capatoast!

Second and last thing I got at Capatoast: their salad bowl. They recently added on
the menu the option to create your own bowl with all the ingredients you like on the list. Mine has sundried tomatoes, rocket, edamame, mushrooms, avocado, vegan mayo and vegan cheese (Violife cream cheese). They also bring you a toasted slice of bread (included).
I didn't add any rice/brown rice/farro but they're on the list of available ingredients and you can totally add those.
Overall I loved the salad 🥗 all the ingredients where fresh, tasty and the cheese is absolutely delicious (you already know that if you tried Violife before 🥺😍).
Great great great option, not the usual, sad, boring salad
