I always end up getting so many addons to
this dish. So many variations can be created. This time took out the rice and doubled the crispy #periperi potato cubes. Other additions for today's bowl were #jalapenos, #guacamole and crushed #nachos. Packed with pinto beans and black beans (which you can opt out of), provided a full and balanced meal. The other non-optional components were grilled veggies, fresh salsa, lettuce and corn. Just delicious even without a dressing. Ton of flavor in the potatoes.
