This Chick Salad Sandwich hit the spot!!! It consisted of smashed chickpeas, mayo, celery, red onions, lettuce, and tomatoes on marbled rye bread. Café 1610 is 100% Vegan and they truly take care of their customers. I'm a fan for life! 😊

We also tried the Chik Salad Sandwich. This too, had such great flavor. Thr salad was made from chickpeas mixed with red onion, celery and mayo and was then topped off with lettuce and tomatoes on grilled rye bread. It was delicious with great flavor. Another great item from 1610 #abillionlove
