I'm impressed!!! Typically there is nothing for a Vegan to eat at a steak and
seafood restaurant. Butch's proved me wrong tonight! I had their plant-based Crab Cakes, along with roasted, grilled, and puréed carrots, sautéed mushrooms, and blistered cherry tomatoes. Every bite was perfect! The chef stopped by my table after dinner to check on me and that spoke volumes! I felt very welcomed. 🥰
