Bienenstich - a classic German cake, made into a donut!
Filled with vanilla custard and topped with caramelized almonds plus powdered sugar. Heaven does exist on earth and it’s called Brammibals Donuts 🍩 #veganisnotscary

I had no clue what bienenstich would taste like.
It had almonds and a sweet vanilla filling.

It tastes good, but way too sweet for me, the dough and the glaze and
everything was full of sugar.
