Tempeh

Really interesting tempeh dish. A lot drier and less “tempeh-y” in flavour than what I’m

used to. (I personally really like that flavour, so the lack of pungency was a detractor for me.) I also noticed that it seems not to be made from soybeans, but some other bean.

The spice blend and use of fried peppers was a really good mix, I thought.
