Going to start by applauding them for having three distinct menu entries, one each for
dairy milk, #oatmilk, and almond milk #coffee. As opposed to the more conventional practice of having a single coffee item with non-dairy milks presented as alternatives to the default. Anchoring matters 👏🙌
The coffee itself was nothing special. Oddly, they serve it in a mug even if you order it iced 🤔 You pay RM4 more for the oat and almond options (versus dairy), though the total still works out at under RM11. But blame the dairy industry + lobbies, not the retail establishment!
