"Pork" Seitan Cutlet – this seasoned, meaty 🐷-free pork cutlet was tasty and perfectly complemented by the bright, rich, and herby chimichurri.
Herb & Parmesan Polenta – both fluffy and firm, rich and light, these were very satisfying. Served with a chunky and flavorful tomato jam.
Roasted Brassicas – crisp and festive, highlighting the multiple colors of cauliflower.
Cinnamon Bun Bread Pudding – studded with pecans and served with a sweet and creamy sauce, this was dreamy.
