This is one of my favorite bowls. It has so many delicious and healthy green

ingredients: baby spinach, steamed kale, cucumber, edamame, and avocado, plus quinoa, sesame seeds and a creamy jalapeno-date dressing. I like to have them add tempeh to it as shown here.


Pricey but delish! In love w the creamy jalapeno-date dressing! The kale was cooked to

perfection and the tofu was well crisped and seasoned. #veganoutreach
