Was the only pizza on the menu with my favorite cheese ( no need to
add it’s vegan, right? 😉) Gondino 🥰 Unfortunately it was barely detected by my taste buds. The dough was amazing. That place is famous for its organic, and wholemeal flours. But there wasn’t much going on with the toppings. My pizza was bland 🫣 and the pretty weird mozzarella cheese made the whole experience even worse. I find that what to put on a vegan pizza is quite challenging for meat heads. Obviously they know only cheese and meat so the options for them are limited. You can really tell the difference in terms of flavors and textures when you order one from a 100% vegan place… but until I have one pizzeria like this on my door step, hey ho I’ll try a different one next from birra&farina 😅👌
