Ok so we all know how hard it is to find vegan pastries especially things
like croissants. #beetbox in Denver will hook you up with fresh croissants every morning. Overall I found them dense and heavy but the mushroom one was really awesome and I'd go back for that. They still had that crunchy on the outside, soft inside feel but just a lot more substantial.
