This casserole bursts with flavors. You must ask them to omit the mozzarella cheese to make it vegan. It is served with some Turkish bulgur pilaf and white rice ( last time they served it within the bulgur only which I prefer but today they did half and half.). The dish features all kind of yummy veggies: peppers red & green, mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes and eggplant and is baked in the oven.
