I absolutely loved this weekly special from Bay Naturals. The tofu and mushrooms were
perfectly cooked and served on top of fresh Bibb lettuce. The peanut sauce topping was really good too. I appreciate that this spot has vegan specials on their menu. #veganfortheanimals
