Came with a choice of #sglocal #shandiglobal meat or tofu cubes; I opted for the

latter this time! Nicely stir-fried with long beans, chilli, and basil. The tofu option would be good for those who prefer less processed ingredients, however the tofu was in cube form rather than crumbled or shredded, plus it was tossed with extra vegetables such as baby corn and carrot, so the overall dish became more like a generic tofu and veggie stir-fry, lacking the spiciness and aroma I associate with ka pow. I would personally recommend the plant-based meat alternative for a more interesting mouthfeel and for the dish to be closer to the real deal! (Allium-free, $15.90)

OnlyEg shreds, fried beancurd, carrot, broccoli, and baby corn stir-fried in slightly spicy basil sauce.

The sauce was fine but I personally found the ingredients quite out of place. Would have preferred crumbled tofu to mimic minced meat, as well as long beans and perhaps bell pepper as the vegetables for greater authenticity. ($15.90)

Finally got to try OnlyEg and it was interesting, the texture is pretty near what

I remember of eggs. Apparently it has the same protein as actual eggs with less fat. the application here could have been better - to stir-fry with the tofu for stronger flavour. This menu is going to be in all Bangkok Jam outlets for 3 months and would become a part of their vegan menus!

đź’¸$15.90 for this is pretty filling, could do more tofu and greens
