A slightly “junky” but ridiculously delicious vegan breakfast option.
The “Egg & Cheeze Muffin” (R55)

is the vegan version of the McMuffin (although that’s my interpretation, no theirs).
It’s a chickpea egg on a toasted English muffin with “Cheddar” and beet ketchup.
OBSESSED!

This definitely satisfied my cravings! The ‘egg’ is quite crumbly but I didn’t mind.
