Housemade drink featuring gut-friendly fermented coconut milk kefir, this was thick and creamy akin to
a smoothie. Tangy and slightly salty, tasted very much like a yoghurt-based drink indeed! Although it was mango-flavoured, there were some berries blended in the mix, which gave an added layer of complexity to the flavour profile. Healthy with organic fruits!
