A fully vegan bao restaurant?? Yes please! My mom and I were SO excited to try this place. We shared 4 flavours, the first of which was the Aubergine! It was amazing. Fluffiest bao bun, filled with sticky, umami, vinegary soy aubergine, the perfect texture. It was topped with crushed peanuts, fried onions and green onions. 🍆 8.9€
Another excellent vegan bao from my favourite place in Brussels - caramelized aubergines, cucumber, onions and peanuts - it had a delicious sweetness to it, unfortunately it was a bit hot and broke in my hands, but I made sure to eat every single crumble.
