I spent last weekend in the Ottawa area and had
dinner one night in Gatineau, Quebec. The restaurant was chosen by my date who is not vegan. Ironically, she chose a 100% vegan restaurant to celebrate her birthday. I certainly didn’t complain. I was quite happy to see that my vegan lifestyle is rubbing off on her. 
We shared 3 appetizers/starters and 1 entrée. This review is for the entrée which was Pear & Sausage Pizza. I was surprised to see that this was the only pizza option; usually there are several to choose from in a restaurant.
The menu photo lists the pizza’s toppings. The cheese (“not-zarella”) was very cheesy; I was quite impressed with it and the clever play on words. The balsamic reduction is always a nice touch while the peppery taste of the arugula adds a very special appeal for me. I wished there would have been more sausage on it. I love / crave Beyond Meat sausage, so even an incremental increase would have been appreciated.
I was very impressed with the entire experience at this restaurant. The food was fantastic and the menu was quite varied, although a bit on the casual side. Nonetheless, there was something for everybody, except those who are unwilling to eat good vegan food.
