Had one of the very few vegan options at Asia Wok yesterday between 2 classes.
It was the first time I had hor fun noodles and I quite enjoyed it. The sauce was nicely sweet. I just added a bit of green chilli to spice it up a little! There was a good balance between the amount of veggies and that of noodles. The veggies were also nice (especially mushrooms which were super soft, creating a contrast with the bean sprouts’ crunch). Also, the serving was just the right amount! Not the healthiest option as it is quite saucy but I was happy to find it on a randomly picked stall. Paid $4.50.
