such that you can taste the details on the shredded potatoes. Crisp on the outside, soft but with texture on the inside. Topped with fresh chive za'atar which was a tasty pice mixture! I didn't see any artichoke dishes at artichoke though 🤔 Also veganised by requesting sour cream on the side, on @veganlion's side 🤷🏻♀️ I do wish they would have vegan desserts in the future, maybe a vegan baklava 🤞?
