The #falafel was surprisingly starchy 🧆 Not bad, but it’s definitely different. The beetroot #hummus
was delicious, but I would’ve loved to have it as a side on its own altogether. The falafel was frankly perfect on its own & did not pair well with the sweeter base it was laid on. The garnish of pickled onions & pepper fry that sit the top of the meal were delicious. I’ve probably been eating too much junk at home, because I hate to think that a part of me found this #toohealthy 😉 #middleeasternvegan #middleeastern #middleeastfood
