A savoury dark sauce that lightly coats the barley seeds etc, strawberry and pomegranate seeds

and mint made it v refreshing, and pistachio nuts gave added crunch texture. This was a nice starter w many elements and sides to it 😊

This salad was very fresh, with mint and strawberries.

There was a crispy element that surprised me and overall enjoyed this starter.

Tried a few of their starters and this one is my favourite - a seemingly simple

dish but full of flavours and textures. Yum!!!
