Paella de verduras

Pretty good. The rice is a bit harder than I prefer, but the veggies were

nice and soft. Also great presentation and service. They serve it in the traditional paella pan and then plate it for you.

Bastante buena con alcachofas y coliflor. Estupenda con esos ingredientes.
