Don’t look for quite a classic cacio e Pepe taste, but close and I loved
the lighter spin and it is raw - so room temperature which surprised the table next to us 🤔 but I figured ordering a raw dish - didn’t bother all those flavors at all! *pending mood (warm vs raw), would order this again or the risotto 😘
