A must try!! We loved💚 everything about this tonkotsu ramen 🍜, a newer item on
their menu! Rich, creamy, and smooth flavorful broth that does not disappoint!! So far I’ve loved 💕everything I’ve tried from Alice & Friends Vegan Kitchen!!
Tonkotsu broth served with Japanese ramen 🍜wheat noodles, topped with vegan bacon, shiitake mushrooms,🍄 bok choy🥬, and buttered corn🌽, bean sprouts, garnished with roasted seaweed and green onion.
The vegan bacon 🥓 was absolutely amazing! Soft, chewy and to be honest freaked me out a bit on how close it tasted to ham from what I remembered before switching to a plant 🌱based lifestyle. The corn sweet and buttery and the mushrooms gave an earthy flavor and slightly crispy texture to the dish!
All the ingredients really complemented each other other perfectly!
Recommend this and would definitely 👍🏼 get this again!! Hubby and I shared this and other dishes!
