Nice salad 🥗 for something on the lighter side! Beets were tender and sweet, apples
🍎 were too ripe, mushy and brown, the carrots 🥕 were crunchy and would have been better cut into bite size pieces (they were julienned in very long pieces. there wasn’t any spinach and the lettuce 🥬(hidden at the bottom of the pile) not fresh unfortunately. Nice salty addition from the olives 🫒. I really liked the avocado 🥑 and walnut topping, it added some depth to the dish. The dressings were good but not for this salad in my opinion. The tofu dressing had a cheezy nooch flavor and quite thick like a dip. The cucumber 🥒 dressing was tangy, runny with an interesting aftertaste 🤔.
This salad reminded me of a type of deconstructed coleslaw with olives 🫒. Definitely not my fav and probably won’t get again. I’m so bummed I didn’t like this more. I hope they make a new recipe for this!
