Raw zucchini cannelloni with tomato ragu and pili nut cream. The flavors and textures of
this dish go together really nicely. And the arugula on top really brings it all together. Alchemy has some of the best food in town by far and I go there a lot...however my only qualm with this restaurant is that claim they are vegan but use honey in a lot of dishes so you have to inquire but even then it feels confusing sometimes with the staff 🤔
