The cassava leaves were cooked with creamy peanut butter, vegan spices, and a choice of

veggies or beans. Served with fufu, a staple food in most of West Africa that is similar to a dumpling and is made from African yams and yellow corn dough. This was our first time eating cassava leaves and we enjoyed their distinctive slightly smoky taste.
