Vegan Traveller, Episode 10: And that’s what I call a wholesome dessert! One of their

star dishes and wow! it definitely lived up to the hype.

The dessert was served with two scoops of mango ice cream, rose water, dried berries, a variety of seeds and nuts, chia seeds and the showstopper which won’t show up here is the thin vermicelli sized rice noodles which brings the whole dish together.

I am a huge fan of falooda and this my first since going vegan, and what I loved about the dessert is that it doesn’t feel heavy at all (this serves two btw 😅) and each ingredient brings its own punch to the final flavour. Loved the nuts as it brings the crunchiness while you dig into a generous scoop of the ice cream, wrapped by the rose water soaked falooda.

A perfect summer dessert and a guilt free one! Well not sure if it is diet cheat-free but who feels guilty after having an awesome dessert like this one.
