Mushroom dry mee hoon kueh

This was lip smacking tasty! My first time trying dry mee hoon kueh so I was a little skeptical, but it turned out to be so flavourful, chewy, and substantial. Love it!! It also has so much mushrooms. Good that there are some greens, but not as much veg added as in the noodle soups.. Still good stuff! No complaints! Definitely one of my favourite dishes there now. #abillionlove

Really love the braised mushrooms in this. The sauce is well mixed, fragrant and tasty yet not salty. Fried wonton skin added for crisp. Lovely how the mee hoon kueh picks up the sauce. There used to be mee tai mak option pre-covid. $5.50 per portion with cup of warm water.
