wish this was a main instead of an appetizer, it was good! the rice was

fluffy and sticky and the dollop of pineapple chutney gave it a lil sour edge that felt just right. however at $8 for three pieces of sushi (with halved luncheon slices too), it just feels a little expensive especially knowing a pack of omnimeat costs $8+. #veganuary

with Nori. one of my favourite dishes of the night! the luncheon was cooked to crispy golden perfection. loved the acidity of the pineapple chili chutney 😋 ($9+ for full portion)

Teriyaki Omni luncheon and rice wrapped in nori. Personally found the pineapple chilli chutney a

bit out of place (would have expected furikake instead), but it was probably meant to balance out the savouriness and meatiness of the spam! (*Allium-free.) ($9)
