Vegan dim sum brunch situation earlier @empress_acm. Finally got to try the char siew puff

(6.80sgd) and love them! Was contemplating to dabao a set but deciced not to be too greedy. Will defo go for these puff again! #veganisnotscary

Wow this was amazing! They nailed it! New vegan dish on their menu. The pastry

is buttery and flakey, and the ‘char siew’ is sweet and soft. #dimsum


One of the dishes I really wanted to try at Empress! Really impressed by how

celebrate this milestone. I LOVED this! Idk why I never had it before... perfectly baked & flaked on the outside and delicious filling on the inside! Glad there was only 2 of us so I could have more than 1 piece hehehe #sg

This one stole the show!! The generous filling got my char siew cravings well-satisfied (char

siew puffs & buns were my fav before I went plant-based), whole the crust was so flaky, buttery and Super fragrant. Could easily finish all 3 myself hehe. Would 10/10 order again!


THIS WAS AMAZING. It was the first time having vegan dimsum in 4 YEARS and

it really tasted so much like how I remembered it!! So impressed! My family really love it too, including my very carnivorous grandfather.


Flaky pastry goodness! The char siew sauce was sooo good. The family pack for 4

pax set was super worth it (even to serve 5!)


I really wanted to enjoy this as I love everything at Empress, but this didn’t

work for me for some reason. It could be personal, but I found it too sweet and crumbly, almost like dessert. But again, it is 100% personal, if you like something sweet and Char Siew, it could absolutely work for you


This dish is truly delicious. As the director of Empress, I was truly happy the

chef agreed to try making a vegan version of the char siew puff and after many many trials, we finally got it right! Tastes like the real thing, perhaps even better. Limited servings daily. I wouldn’t be recommending this if I didn’t think it’s super.
