I cleaned up the bowl of #NoCrabNoodles with nothing left cuz it was so yummy!

The

mild spicy tomato based soup with chunks of tofu and mushrooms had a nice balance of sweet, sour and umami flavours. Slurpilicious!!

The side of #TropicalSalad topped with very crispy fried shallots and crunchy roasted peanuts was very refreshing.

And the #PassionLemonadeIcedTea was the best #IcedTea I've had.

Everything here is vegan.

This came out a little different from the last time I had it! A whole

#pinkdot ago 🙈 Thankfully, a whole more #coriander this time 😜 The #broth was a nice warm and mildly #spicy with a whole bunch of #silkentofu scrambled throughout. I was looking for something refreshing after a really groggy Sunday & this fit the bill perfectly 👌

before dropping by The Kind Bowl 🍲 No hype could favour enough this place enough than being there in the flesh; We all shared our portions and everyone was impressed! Myself most so by this #Vietnamese crab noodle soup 🦀 The last time I had it was an omnivorous portion in Ho Chin Minh itself. This was every bit as amazing. What most impressed me is what seemed like a #crabcake in the soup! The soup too, how rich 🤤 It wasn’t spicy or anything but it had a nice sour quality. Eating here sure beats takeout! I need to go back 😇

Generous amount of ingredients. Consisting of thick bee hoon, 2 types of tofu, vegetables, mushroom,

tomato, pineapple and fresh herbs. The ‘crab’ patty was rather unique and I quite like it! Broth had a good balance. It was mildly spicy and a tinge of sour. Fresh cut chilli on the side if you want extra spiciness. Overall, a comforting dish in this rainy weather.

Nothing like a cosy meal at Kind Bowl on a wet rainy evening (or anytime

of the day you’re in town tbh). No words to accurately describe the aromatic and complex flavors of this spicy/sweet/sour/savoury bowl of vermicelli soup! I’ve never eaten anything quite like their crumbly tofu “no crab” patty and I love it so much, my mouth waters at the thought of it. MUST TRY!

i loved how tangy this is! the soup itself is very drinkable and i love

the pile of veggies in it. chewing on the tofu that’s been stewing in the soup is an exceptional experience as well. the “crab” had a really interesting texture, it seemed like there were bits of cut bee hoon in it. would eat again! #veganuary
