If I remember correctly these were glass noodles made of arrowhead but still don't know
the dish name. Easily could've have a bowl of this myself, might have been the spiciest dish on the tabke #allstar #noodsforlife

Prepare yourself for this cold numbing arrowhead noodles! Was not expecting that sort of spice
from a cold noodle. Highly recommend to anyone who likes that numbing spice 🌶
This is the second time I’m ordering this. I love Sichuan cold bean noodles and
this definitely hits the spot! Got tons of vinegar and peppercorn, the noodles are perfectly cooked and topped with lots of cut chilies 🌶😍

The noodles had a nice springy, agar agar like texture and the sauce was very
intensely mala! Not super spicy but more of the numbing kind. I really liked this one!
This is not for the faint hearted. At first I liked the taste but then
my lips had a funny burning sensation. Was very distracted but eventually that just vanished. Try this for the experience of being transported to another space.
Very interesting texture for noodles. Though not really my favorite. Food here was generally pretty
oily.
