The vegan dry dumpling noodles ($11.80) consisted of organic noodles which had a taste and

texture somewhat similar to ee mian. It was topped with juicy cherry tomatoes, leafy bok choy vegetables, and homemade dumplings. The dumplings were wrapped in a translucent skin and were filled with a hearty mixture of chopped ingredients such as carrots, French beans, mushrooms, tofu, and turnip; the dumplings tasted similar to traditional Teochew dim sum such as crystal dumplings or soon kueh. Highly recommend this dumpling noodles dish made of whole foods.

Generous portion of dumplings that were stuffed with chopped vegetables and what seemed like bits

of tofu. Goes well with chilli. Noodles were coated in lightly salted sauce. Overall good dish if you are craving for some Asian food / dumplings.

This dish consists of steam dumplings, organic noodles, leafy vegetables and cherry tomato. Generous amount

of fillings within the dumplings. Really love the taste of these dumplings. Noodles had a good texture. Sauce was just right - not too salty.

Yummy dumplings. I would have liked the sauces blended in. It was all at the

bottom and I got to taste it towards the end. The bok choy was sautéed in coconut oil. Slightly too dry a dish for my liking. May try the soupy version next time.

Although it looks plain, the flavours are strong and work together perfectly! The dumplings are

seasoned quite heavily, so the noodles and veg balance it out nicely. Noodles were also cooked perfecty to a chewy consistency. Highly recommend!

Comfort dish. Noodles are cooked with the right amount of chewiness and love the simple

taste of the dumplings as well.

When you want dumplings but they‘re not going to be enough on their own... get

them with noodles! Comes with some green leafy vegetables & a halved cherry tomato (for garnish?) - and a really delicious chilli sauce which is a must-have with the dumplings 🥟
EDIT: Dish is called “Dumpling Noodles Dry“

The dumplings are the real star of this dish and the noodles are there to

fill you up. Good thing there are loads of dumplings! The filling (of veggies, mushrooms, tofu) is fresh and hearty but what sets these dumplings apart for me is the skin that’s so thin and chewy like xiaolongbao skin yummm

Not bad but a bit too salty by the end of it. Dumplings are large

and tasty though.
