this orh luak is 💥LEGENDARY💥 (at least to me) currently the chart topper for my

imaginary best orh luak in singapore list, it really reminds me of good ol’ proper orh luak with its texture, taste and choice of garnish. doesn’t hurt that the chili goes so well too! so good my tummy churns as i write this, dreaming about its taste ☁️ 🥵 #veganuary

Not the healthiest cause #fried but this was so gooddd. Love the umami sweet-savoury sauce

they use (the same one they use for their vegan unagi)! Love the crispy stir-fried tofu cubes and the flavourful starchy bits and of course the umami + flavour of the ocean from the tasty crispy seaweed :’) The chilli sauce is the sweet, spicy & slightly sour Thai-style kind! #bestpicks #seaweed #tofu

Or Luak chilli is so shiok and I would recommend you to try too.. my

non vege friend say 50% taste like the meat version 😂😋 Shop is located at Fortune Center, #02-31.

First time having vegan orh luak and I'm pleasantly surprised! Really love the crispy &

starchy bits. Great savory flavours too! Highly recommended. #ryzahandprints

Not sure the taste reminds me of oyster omelet nonetheless it's very tasty and can

be eaten as a side dish, portion is very generous #veganisnotscary

Super good!! Though quite starchy. Made using tofu mainly, and contains 菜脯 (preserved radish).

I bought it for my omnivorous niece who is at uni and a foodie. She

was wow-ed, and others have been similarly impressed. #crf

I really loved this. The textures in the dish were so nice, with crunchy and

sticky and soft bits. The seaweed and preserved radish and mock fish added those nice salty flavours. It is best eaten as a sharing dish because it is quite salty and heavy in flavour but I ate it by myself as a meal and enjoyed it anyway.

Vegan oyster omelette ($5.50) made from tofu and seaweed-wrapped 'fish' (I think it was their

in-house 'unagi'?), instead of the straw mushrooms usually used in vegetarian/vegan oyster omelettes. This was savoury without being greasy, and there was a nice balance of crispy and starchy parts. Impressive and would definitely order this again!
