Throwback to my favorite dish from my favorite restaurant in Tamsui, Taiwan. The sauce from

this dish is incredibly creamy and delicious, with a nutty aroma and fragrance that's nicely salted. The crisp from the fried beancurd skin serves as the perfect combo to the soft taro filling inside, with a rich umami flavor that comes from the seaweed that was wrapped inside. This is the go to dish I would always recommend to my friends.
