Interesting dish called celtuce if I’m not wrong. Chewy texture. Still these veggie dishes aren’t
as tasty as some of the other dishes here.
This is a new vegetable and I get so excited when I try new vegetables!
Brings great balance especially with the oily and spicy dishes. a.k.a 青笋 (qing sun) in Chinese.
This was the only non-spicy dish we ordered (I think?) but I liked it better
than the cabbage. Crunchy texture and light on the taste buds.
Glad we had this less intense dish to balance out the other ones. Good for
people avoiding spicy food.
