These are traditionally eaten on Dragon Boat Festival in Hong Kong, so I thought it
was appropriate to try one on this specific day. The dumpling itself was too "beany" for me. There was a chunk of vegan pork inside. It was interesting, but I dipped it in soy sauce because I thought it lacked flavour.
