Content Producer Intern



In addition to promoting user-generated content, the in-house team creates content that can inform, educate and excite our members and anyone interested in sustainability. This content ranges from articles to social media posts to videos.

We are looking for talented wordsmiths and visionary content creators who want to apply their skills to effect change. To thrive here, you must be passionate about sustainability, must have a keen interest in food, consumer trends, and current events. You should be able to work independently but be an excellent collaborator. You should have great ideas and be extroverted enough to share them.

  • Participate in creation of social media strategies, including but not limited to these platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok
  • Assist in managing our social media calendar
  • Assist in managing the day-to-day publishing of social media content, including creating assigned posts
  • Track social media results in order to provide recommendations on channel improvements to increase followers
  • Help manage our social media channels, including interacting and engaging with our community
  • Participate in creating content strategies for written and video content, including audience identification, topic identification, and recommended distribution channels
  • Assist in managing our content calendar, including pitching ideas on a regular basis
  • Produce assigned content pieces on time
  • Assist in publishing content and in promoting through multiple channels
  • Track content engagement in order to provide recommendations on channel improvements to increase followers


  • 1-3 years experience producing social media content
  • Must have an excellent understanding of all major social media platforms and their audience
  • Familiar with multi-channel social postings and industry best-practices
  • Ability to write, edit and proof-read quality written content fit for specific social media platforms and their audiences
  • Ability to edit/adapt existing online and offline content to make fit-for-purpose on social media platforms
  • Ability to produce video contents a plus
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and other analytics tools a plus
  • Minimum commitment of 2 months
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work in teams and autonomously
  • Able to function effectively with ambiguity and willing to take considered risks to achieve cut-through
  • Good organisational and time management skills including the ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated passion in the sustainability space a must
