B2B Growth Associate

We have more than 40,000 restaurants and 30,000 consumer products brands on our platform, and we’re hiring a B2B Growth Associate to work with the Founder & CEO to design and implement the go-to-market and monetization pillar of the platform.

  • Work alongside key leaders to identify opportunities that drive business partnership growth
  • Develop a strategic plan to increase business relationships
  • Take the lead on defining key metrics and analyses to create actionable insights
  • Manage the engagements and communications with business partners
  • Create written content to expand brand awareness over relevant platforms
  • Manage initiatives that lead to an increase of monetisation and growth opportunities
  • Adapt quickly to the evolving needs of an early stage startup, and create pragmatic and innovative solutions to business problems


  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
  • Experience in a marketing or growth associate role
  • Familiar with SEO writing
  • Experience with marketing tools such Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Amplitude is highly desirable
  • A willingness to learn more about other teams and understand how to best collaborate with them
  • Be proactive and think critically
  • An upbeat, positive and fun attitude
  • Be passionate about the plant-based movement
