Each time you review, we email your post to the business. It helps the company know what the customers are saying and how other similar businesses are faring. This pushes restaurants to create more plant based options to meet higher consumer demand.
As more businesses enter the vegan marketplace this real-time feedback helps them introduce products and services that their customers would love. Last year Pizza Express successfully launched an entirely vegan menu and Grand Hyatt was able to launch various vegan dishes since they had the knowledge of what the consumers wanted.
