The plant powered cyclist pours her passion into compassionate missions to change and save lives. She was featured in the groundbreaking Netflix documentary The Game Changers and has always been an advocate for plant based diets for athletes. Founder of the nonprofit Switch4Good, Dotsie is on a mission to educate professional and amateur athletes along with the general public about the health and performance benefits of removing dairy from their diets.

3. Rip Esselstyn

Rip Esselstyn

Coming from a family of strong health activists, Rip is a food writer, former firefighter and triathlete. He is known as an advocate of low-fat, whole-food, plant-based diet. A "plant strong" diet, as he likes to call it because it is! He too was featured in The Game Changers and Forks Over Knives. To document his success with Austin’s Engine 2 Firehouse, he wrote "The Engine 2 Diet", which shows the indisputable connection between a plant-based diet and good health.

4. Dr. Poonam Desai

Dr. Poonam Desai

Meet Dr. Poonam Desai, an emergency medicine physician passionate about helping individuals optimize their health and embrace longevity. Witnessing the increasing prevalence of preventable diseases and the toll of aging on individuals' vitality, she felt compelled to take action and start Longevity Place, a practice centered on the belief that true healing requires personalized attention and a holistic approach.
